Shipping Policy

- Processing Time:  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.  
- Delivery Time:  International shipping usually takes 10–21 business days depending on the destination & shipping companies you choose.  
- Tracking:  A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.  
- Shipping Costs:  Calculated at checkout based on your region.  

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.  

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.  
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
